1. How do I find my size?
The right size can vary from product to product, which is why we have a clear size guide on every product page that perfectly matches the product in question. We therefore always recommend following this size guide. 3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace which you can follow, in addition you can also use your order number and e-mail address on our tracking page to check the status of your order.
4. To which countries do you ship and what are the shipping costs?
We ship within the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, we always take care of the shipping costs.
5. How do I find my order number?
After placing your order, you will immediately see the order overview (including your order number) and receive an order confirmation in your e-mail. The order number is also stated on this order confirmation. If you have lost your order number, you can always contact our customer service.
6. Which payment methods can I use to place my order?
